This site works best on the most current and the prior version of Internet Explorer, Chrome, Safari and Firefox (example: Internet Explorer 11, most current version and Internet Explorer 10, prior version). This site may not work on older versions of these browsers.
File output from this site may require Adobe Reader, Excel, or other similar spreadsheet product. If you have trouble downloading a specific file format and are unable to install the appropriate product, please note the file extension and error, and contact any member of your Admin team for assistance.
You need a valid User ID and password to access this site. On enrolment or migration, you will be asked to create or verify your User ID, set your password, confirm your password, and set a Personal Assurance Image and Message. The Personal Assurance Image and Message will be shown as part of the login process going forward to ensure that you are accessing the correct site.
User ID Rules: User IDs must be between 9 and 15 characters. The only special character that can be used is the period (.) and no '@' character may be used'. No spaces are allowed.
Password Rules: Passwords must be between 8 and 12 characters in length and include at least one of each of the following types of characters: numbers, lower case letters, upper case letters, or other symbols. You may be prompted to change your password; if so, the new password cannot match your previous 12 passwords.
Security Codes: This site requires the use of a Security Code on first login or when the site is accessed from an unregistered device. On enrolment, you will receive a call to the telephone number associated with your account. You must answer the phone and follow the instructions in order to continue the enrolment process. For future logins, you may receive the security code via text or email, or you may use the call option.
Register Device: After the initial enrolment or migration, if you are using a device you own and use regularly, click the Register Device box so that you are not required to enter a Security Code on login. You will be prompted to enter a name for the device.
If you forget your password, simply click on the Forgot Password link after entering your User ID. You will receive an email with further instructions.
After login, you may access the My Settings page from the top menu to update your User ID, Password, Email, and Phone numbers or to Manage Devices.
On first login, you will be required to accept the site Terms & Conditions. If these Terms & Conditions are not accepted, you will not be allowed to access the site.
